Job Title: Marketing Manager Real Estate Location: Banjara Hills Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing Department: Marketing & Communications Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, digital marketing trends, and a creative approach to promoting residential, commercial, and investment properties. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media. Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and vendors for campaign development. Lead Generation & CRM: Design lead generation strategies and manage customer databases through CRM tools. Support sales teams with high-quality leads and marketing materials. Digital Marketing: Oversee website content, SEO, PPC, social media management, and email marketing. Monitor analytics and KPIs to optimize marketing performance. Event Management: Organize and promote open houses, launch events, property expos, and networking events. Branding & Communications: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and marketing collaterals. Create marketing content, brochures, presentations, and property videos. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring high ROI on campaigns and activities. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or property development. Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and customer behavior. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, CRM software). Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills. Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will build strategic relationships with corporates, multinationals, and investment groups, promoting our residential and commercial properties. The role requires strong B2B sales expertise, networking skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Business Development: Identify and target corporate clients, multinational companies (MNCs), and investors for property sales and leasing. Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the corporate client base. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, HR heads, admin managers, and CXOs. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits for corporate clients. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value property deals. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts customized to corporate client needs. Networking & Events: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and corporate networking forums. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–8 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, banking, or related industries. Strong B2B and institutional sales background. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of property markets, legal procedures related to real estate transactions, and corporate buying behavior. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Preferred Skills: Existing network of corporate and institutional clients is a strong advantage. Experience in leasing commercial spaces will be a plus.
