Games & Activities Executive-Supervisior

Job Overview:

A reputed university in Vadodara is seeking a motivated and energetic Games & Activities Executive / Supervisor to coordinate sports and recreational programs on campus. The role involves managing daily physical activities, student games, and supporting university-level sports initiatives. Ideal for candidates with a passion for fitness, teamwork, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize daily games, sports activities, and fitness sessions for university students
• Supervise and manage indoor and outdoor games and ensure student participation
• Set up equipment and ensure all activity areas are clean and safe
• Monitor safety protocols and handle first-response for minor injuries or incidents
• Assist in organizing university sports events, competitions, and tournaments
• Maintain inventory of sports equipment and report damages or needs
• Record attendance, student participation, and performance data
• Collaborate with faculty and student coordinators for scheduling and planning

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in sports coaching, physical training, or activity coordination
• Strong leadership and communication skills, especially with youth and students
• Good physical fitness and stamina
• Knowledge of common indoor and outdoor games (e.g., cricket, volleyball, football, athletics)
• Ability to manage a group and maintain discipline during activities
• Based in Vadodara – Only local candidates will be considered
