Functional Analyst / Tester

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Teams to gather and understand business requirements.
Translate requirements into detailed artifacts (PPTs, Word, Excel) for Product, QA, and Development teams.
Draft and maintain Functional Specification Documents, User Stories, Test Plans, and Test Cases.
Design and execute thorough manual test cases covering complex workflows.
Prepare test data and conduct validations using
Oracle SQL queries
at the database level.
Ensure alignment between business functionality and technical implementation through close collaboration with Developers and QA.
Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide timely updates on progress, blockers, and test coverage.
Publish detailed testing reports and defect metrics for stakeholder review.
Use tools like JIRA, ALM, Remedy for test case management and defect tracking.
