Job Description: Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js) Team Lead Experience: 5+ Years Position Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js , React.js , and a proven track record of team leadership and system design . As a key member of our development team, you will lead projects, mentor team members, and work on designing and building scalable, high-performing systems using the latest technologies. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: 1. Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise. 2. Oversee code reviews, development processes, and team productivity. 3. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. System Design: 1. Architect and design scalable, secure, and eicient systems. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 3. Document and present system designs to stakeholders and team members. Development: 1. Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using Node.js , NestJS , React.js , and TypeScript . 2. Work with databases like PostgreSQL and caching systems like Redis . 3. Ensure high code quality, scalability, and performance of applications. 4. Integrate third-party APIs and develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Problem-Solving & Challenges: 1. Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions. 2. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. 3. Take ownership of new challenges and deliver solutions in a dynamic environment. Communication: 1. Communicate eectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. 2. Translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for various audiences. 3. Present progress updates, system designs, and project statuses. Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: 1. Strong proficiency in Node.js , React.js , and NestJS . 2. Solid experience with TypeScript for both frontend and backend development. 3. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis for data storage and caching. 4. Deep understanding of system design principles and best practices. Team Leadership: 1. Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and managing projects. 2. Ability to mentor team members and foster a productive work environment. Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: 1. Excellent analytical skills to dissect complex problems and develop robust solutions. 2. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges. Communication: 1. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 2. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical ideas effectively. Nice-to-Have: 1. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. 2.
