We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js) with 4-8 years of strong hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications. Youll be responsible for leading the development of end-to-end features, contributing to system architecture, and mentoring junior developers where needed.
Key Responsibilities:Design and develop robust, secure, and scalable web applications using Node.js and React.jsDevelop and consume RESTful APIs, integrating with external systems and microservicesParticipate in architecture and design discussions, code reviews, and deployment planningEnsure cross-platform optimization, responsiveness, and performance tuningLead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practicesIntegrate with CI/CD pipelines, manage version control, and ensure automated testingCollaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, Product, and QA
Required Skills:
4-8 years of experience in Full Stack DevelopmentExpertise in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js (Express/NestJS), and React.js (Hooks, Redux)Strong experience with MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQLIn-depth knowledge of API development, authentication (JWT, OAuth2), and web securityFamiliarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)Strong debugging, performance tuning, and system design skillsGood communication and problem-solving abilities
Good to Have:
Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.jsExposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or AzureExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsFamiliarity with unit/integration testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
