Job Overview: Onefinnet is currently looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in constructing and upholding user-friendly web applications. Working closely with design and backend teams, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, responsive, and efficient web solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement designs and ensure technical feasibility. - Optimize applications for speed and scalability. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and address frontend-related issues. - Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. - Engage in code reviews and contribute to enhancing development processes. - Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to keep applications competitive. - Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and other backend services. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 1+ year of professional experience as a Frontend Developer. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. - Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: - Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS. - Knowledge of build tools and task runners such as Webpack or Gulp. - Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling. - Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools like Jest or Mocha. - Understanding of SEO principles. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
