Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages to appropriate staff members.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in front desk operations is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing guest interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
