IDEAL CANDIDATES SHOULD BE PATIENT AND ABLE TO ATTEND TO THE GUEST QUERIES EITHER THROUGH PHONE OR DIRECTLY.
HANDLING & BOOKING RESERVATIONS OF GUESTS .
MAINTAIN A RECORD OF GUESTS ENTRY AND EXIT.
WILLING TO WORK NIGHTSHIFTS.
QUALIFICATION GRADUATE /DIPLOMA HOLDER IN HOTEL MANAGEMENT.
FLUENCY IN ENGLISH , MALAYALAM AND HINDI .
