Job Description

As a Front-End Developer specializing in email coding and web support, you will play a crucial role in building high-quality, responsive, and accessible HTML emails that drive marketing performance. You will also collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to bring campaigns to life from concept to deployment. Your attention to detail, ability to work cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment will be key assets in this role. Your responsibilities will include developing responsive and mobile-optimized HTML emails aligned with brand guidelines and industry best practices. You will translate Figma/PSD designs into pixel-perfect emails across various email clients and platforms, implement dynamic content and personalization, conduct thorough QA testing, and manage content in ESPs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Mailchimp, and Braze. Staying current with email standards, accessibility, and compliance regulations will also be essential in this role. To excel in this position, you should have hands-on experience in coding responsive HTML emails, proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and experience with Dreamweaver or Visual Studio Code. A strong understanding of cross-client email rendering, familiarity with email scripting for personalization, and experience working within email platforms are required. Additionally, you should possess the ability to manage multiple projects, deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, and problem-solve creatively. Collaboration across functions and adjusting to various brand styles will be part of your daily routine. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in developing responsive landing pages, microsites, or web banners, a foundation in JavaScript/jQuery, familiarity with CMS platforms and version control, and basic understanding of SEO and web accessibility standards. Knowledge of backend technologies like PHP or MySQL, exposure to modular design systems or frameworks, and an interest in emerging tools and technologies will be advantageous.
