Freight Forwarding Sales - Logistics/Shipping - 8+ years - Delhi/NCR

Location:

We are hiring a freight forwarding sales leader to drive growth in international Air & Ocean freight (FCL/LCL) services. If you are a proactive professional with deep expertise in client acquisition, trade lane development, and international logistics, this opportunity is designed for you.

Your Future Employer:

Responsibilities:

Driving air and ocean freight sales growth across import/export verticals.
Acquiring new international clients and developing trade lane strategies.
Responding to RFQs and negotiating contracts for long-term partnerships.
Collaborating with pricing, operations, and overseas counterparts for solution delivery.
Managing key account relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Reporting on sales performance and pipeline via CRM and internal systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Logistics, or related field.
815 years of experience in international freight forwarding sales (Air & Ocean).
Industry exposure to logistics, supply chain, 3PL/4PL, and cross-border trade.
Proven ability to acquire and manage high-value international clients.
