Job Summary
Arch Recruiters is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing U.S.-based logistics company seeking experienced Freight Brokers or Logistics Coordinators. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in U.S. freight dispatch, a strong network of carriers, and a passion for delivering reliable shipping solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage a dependable network of freight carriers
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers and clients
• Oversee the full freight cycle from booking to delivery
• Track shipments and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
• Handle freight documentation, billing discrepancies, and issue resolution
• Achieve monthly targets and support overall business growth

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in freight brokerage, dispatch, or U.S. logistics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with load boards, TMS platforms, and tracking tools
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Must be comfortable working in U.S. time zones (Night Shift)
• Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (depending on US Sales experience). No Bar for an Experienced Broker
