Freight Broker (6months – 2 Years Experience)

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Freight Broker with 6 months to 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation. If you have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first attitude, and are ready to grow with a dynamic logistics team, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage freight shipments from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients.
• Negotiate rates and lanes with carriers.
• Track and trace shipments, resolving issues proactively.

Requirements:

• 6 months – 3 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of U.S. freight market.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
