Job Role & Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the retail showroom with professionalism and attention to detail. Greet walk-in customers, understand their needs, and guide them through our framing solutions. Conduct on-site/home visits to assist clients with framing and wall display planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, artists, and décor professionals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and collaborations through field networking. Execute marketing strategies to increase footfall and brand visibility. Maintain client records and follow up for post-sale service and referrals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi. Pleasant personality with a professional approach to client interaction. Quick learner with good grasping power and attention to design & detail. Ethical, disciplined, and self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset. With a growing customer base across designers, architects, and individuals, we are looking to elevate our content and brand presence through high-quality visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Shoot high-quality video content at our showrooms, events, and client locations. Edit videos for social media, website, product promotions, client testimonials, etc. Plan, direct, and execute video shoots with minimal supervision. Understand visual aesthetics aligned with design and luxury brands. Work closely with the marketing and design team to conceptualize and deliver compelling video content. Handle all technical aspects of video recording and editing including sound, lighting, and camera setups. Organize and maintain video files and media assets. Requirements: Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Knowledge of shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lights, etc. Strong sense of storytelling, visual composition, and editing rhythm. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
