Job Description

As part of the Product Analysis and Customer Support (PACS) team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert-level support to clients using Temenos products. This involves managing all client support requests, ensuring a seamless product experience, and ultimately driving client satisfaction, both during the implementation phase and for live customers. In the position of Finance Manager - Premium Support, your responsibilities will revolve around overseeing financial operations related to Premium Support services. This strategic role entails meticulous budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management to uphold financial accuracy and efficiency. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be key to optimizing financial processes and minimizing risks, thus ensuring the financial health of the Premium Support team while enhancing efficiency and revenue optimization. Some key responsibilities in this role include developing and managing budgeting and forecasting for Premium Support revenue, tracking and invoicing Premium Support services for accurate financial reporting, acting as a financial liaison between Premium Support and other departments, ensuring no revenue loss by providing necessary support in contract finalization and resource allocation, aligning financial strategies with business objectives through resource planning, reconciling monthly revenue with the Finance Controller and team, negotiating and finalizing contracts for financial optimization, generating monthly financial reports for insights into revenue trends and financial performance, managing financial risks to safeguard revenue streams, implementing financial process enhancements for improved efficiency and accuracy, and establishing and monitoring financial performance indicators to track success. To excel in this role, you should hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Accountant (Inter) qualification with a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, preferably in a strategic or managerial capacity.
