Field Sales Representative

• Job Description:

We are a leading manufacturer of carton (corrugated) boxes. We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and bring in regular industrial orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit industries and factories to promote and sell carton boxes
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packaging solutions
• Take accurate orders and share with production team
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain client relationships for repeat business
• Provide quotations and negotiate terms when needed
• Submit daily/weekly reports on client visits and orders

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of packaging or B2B sales preferred
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to travel and work on field
• Good follow-up and coordination skills

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Diploma
• Sales experience in packaging/industrial products is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory
• Should be familiar with local industrial areas
