About the job: We are seeking a driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic real estate team in Gurgaon. This role requires a self-starter with strong local market knowledge and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals. Key responsibilities: 1. Identify and engage potential clients through calls, networking, and referrals. 2. Showcase residential and commercial properties to interested buyers. 3. Conduct site visits across Gurgaon (own vehicle is mandatory). 4. Understand client needs and provide appropriate property options. 5. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to closing. 6. Maintain a strong knowledge of market trends and available inventory. 7. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. 8. Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication and support. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Prior experience in real estate sales within the Gurgaon market is highly preferred.
