Job Title: Field Sales and Marketing Executive Location: Indore Madhya Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and profile) Other Benefits: Petrol reimbursement provided separately Annual performance-based incentive (to be discussed based on profile) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales and Marketing Executive with a strong passion for B2B sales in the consumer, retail, and modern trade segments. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B environments. A background in hospitality will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential B2B clients in consumer, retail, and modern trade sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct field visits to promote products and services. Execute sales strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Collect market intelligence and share feedback for product/service improvements. Requirements: 6 month - 1 year of B2B field sales experience, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or modern trade. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively. Basic understanding of marketing and promotional activities. A background in hospitality or related industries is a plus. Willingness to travel locally and cover designated territories. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
