Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Female Hostel Warden to manage day-to-day operations at our student hostel in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should maintain discipline, ensure safety, and support the overall well-being of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain discipline and hostel rules among residents
• Oversee daily hostel operations and resident welfare
• Handle check-in/check-out and room allocations
• Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Handle emergencies and report incidents to management
• Maintain attendance and incident records
• Foster a friendly, supportive environment
