Female Executive Recruiter

Job Summary:
We're looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment. You’ll source, screen, and coordinate interviews to find the best talent for our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews
• Maintain candidate database and provide regular updates
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 1+ year of recruiting experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
