Crop Management

Assist in planning and executing crop cycles for a variety of vegetable crops.

Monitor crop health, reporting signs of pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.

Support implementation of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and disease control strategies.

Contribute to irrigation scheduling and nutrient management (e.g., fertigation, foliar applications).

Supervise and participate in field operations such as land preparation, sowing, weeding, pruning, and harvesting.

Protected Cultivation (Poly House / Net House)

Aid in managing controlled environments including temperature, humidity, and ventilation.

Supervise crop-specific tasks like training climbing plants, manual pollination, and precision watering.

Learn and assist in substrate preparation and management practices used in protected cultivation.

Open Field Cultivation

Assist with soil testing and interpretation of soil health indicators.

Oversee and support field activities such as plowing, bed preparation, and sowing.

Monitor weed, pest, and disease dynamics unique to open field environments.

Team Supervision & Coordination

Lead and monitor daily activities of farm laborers to ensure timely and efficient task completion.

Assist in educating and training workers on modern, sustainable agricultural practices.

Maintain accurate daily records, including planting dates, input applications, pest and disease observations, and yield data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
