Factory Manager

Factory Manager The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production, resource management, quality control, and customer service at a precast concrete manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the precast concrete industry, with strong leadership and management skills. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement the factory strategic plan. To ensure continuous improvement in all factory-related departments. 2. Supervise and manage production department,to meet production standards daily and act as a liaison between supervisors and upper management. Manage any and all production standards, constraints and delays. 3. Supervise and manage quality department, to meet quality standards daily and act as a liaison between supervisors and upper management. 4. Supervise and manage stores department, to ensure proper material resource planning. 5. Ensure all platforms receive required problem-solving solutions and labor, maintenance staff, concrete, consumables, rebar and other miscellaneous resources to maintain quality standards and schedule for all production processes. 6. Identify the need for corrective actions when quality or production or safety standards are not met. Take corrective actions accordingly to meet standards. 7. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of factory personnel, as well as performance management and employee relations. 8. Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings. 9. Manage customer relationships, ensuring that customer needs are met, and resolving any issues that arise. Professional Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the following professional assets: Education o Degree Level: Bachelors or Masters o Field of Study: Civil. Previous Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in management role. Technical Skills : Leadership, conflict management, team building & excellent interpersonal skills.
