Position: Executive Fabricator

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities of a Job Work In-charge: Ø
Production Planning and Coordination:

· Creating and managing production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.
· Coordinating with different departments (e.g., cutting, sewing, finishing) to ensure smooth workflow.· Monitoring production progress and identifying potential bottlenecks or issues. Ø

Quality Control:
· Ensuring that garments meet quality standards at each stage of production.· Implementing quality control procedures and conducting inspections.· Identifying and addressing any quality defects or deviations.

Ø Communication and Reporting:
· Communicating production status and issues to management.

· Preparing reports on production performance, quality, and efficiency.

· Maintaining clear and effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.

Safety and Compliance:

· Ensuring all safety and health standards are followed.

· Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

· Adhering to all relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

· In essence, the Job Work In-charge acts as a crucial link between the production floor and management, ensuring that garments are produced efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time.
