Job description Sporting Syndicate is India’s Largest Sports Goods Manufacturer and Exporter. Based in Jalandhar, Punjab, the company was founded in 1960 and has since been driving India's Sports Goods industry. About the role: We are looking for an Export Documentation Executive/Manager for our company who will be responsible for handling all Export and Shipping related Documentation in our Exports department: Key Responsibilities You will responsible for handling the daily documentation required in the process of Export and Import of goods. Co-ordinate with the Sales and Marketing department and assist them in the shipment of Product Samples. Schedule container and shipments. Upload and maintain KYC documents and develop relationships with Custom clearance dept. Forwarding the BL to clients and chase payment Communicating with bank in regards to BLC Create Work Orders for Manufacturing department Who you are: You have strong base in the area of Export and Import documentation. Previous experience of 3 years working in a similar role is required Previous experience in a Manufacturing company is preferred Strong communication skills are necessary.
