As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for evaluating sales opportunities in multiple domains like BFSI, Telecom etc. Your exposure to Solution Sales/ Consulting environment or financial services will differentiate you from the rest. The role sits within our Credit Services business, one of our four Global Business Lines. Experian Credit Services helps client achieve and sustain significant growth. We do this by enabling clients to make analytics-based customer decisions that support their strategic goals. As experts in uniting business understanding with consumer and business information, analytics and strategy execution, we empower clients to optimize customer value and actively manage it over time. This role therefore has clear accountability for creating measurable value within our client organizations. What you’ll be doing Business development and revenue generation: Responsible for evaluating sales opportunities and business case presentation for new and existing clients in India. Expand market penetration and grow the profits. Puts product / technical knowledge to commercial use and prepares estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policy Customer management Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business Demonstrate high account management standards to ensure customer satisfaction Benchmarking Responsible in data collection for regularly benchmarking product against source, data and competitors. Experience and Skills You have about 5 or more years of hunting experience in the solution sales / consulting environment or a financial services environment You have exposure to BFSI domain and have solid B2B experience Ability to understand the functionality of the product from technology perspective. Excellent sales skills. Exceptionally good - clear communication of instructions and information down the line. We are looking for a Data Modeller to help us unlock our vast amounts of data with modelling and advanced analytics, allowing us to make smarter decisions and deliver even better products to our clients. Your primary focus will be in applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building high-quality prediction systems and automated scores using machine learning, integrated with our products. You will also support our business teams, pre-sales and analytics to ensure product creation. Suited to someone who has 3 to 4 years' experience core analytics function of a large bank / consulting firm and with experience handling large data volumes using data analysis tools and generating good data insights. Experience and Skills What you'll need to bring to the party Understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as Gradient Boost, KNN, etc. Knowledge of different modelling frameworks like Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree Decent understanding and hands-on of statistical modelling/data analysis tools especially Python, Pyspark or SAS and market trends Applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression etc. Understanding of decisioning and portfolio management in banking and financial services would be added advantage Understanding of credit bureau would be an added advantage Additional Information Benefits package includes: Great compensation package.
