As an Executive workforce management professional at Wipro, your role involves various key responsibilities to ensure efficient operations within the organization. This includes: - Staffing: Developing a comprehensive staffing plan that encompasses skill sets, recruitment timing, training, and cross-training initiatives. - Scheduling: Managing real-time rosters and data, as well as scheduling non-contact activities such as training sessions, meetings, and leaves. - Reporting: Generating high-quality workforce data and information, and producing internal reports for strategic decision-making. - Forecasting: Developing both strategic and tactical forecasts to ensure accurate resource scheduling. - Process improvement: Identifying opportunities for enhancing processes and collaborating with the WFM product team for effective implementation of solutions. - Communication: Establishing clear lines of communication with operations and product teams to ensure seamless workflow. - Risk management: Providing reviews and feedback on potential risks and threats to the organization. - Performance: Ensuring the efficiency and relevance of established procedures to achieve optimal performance levels.
