Travelling allowance (In local Travel), and Food + Accommodation Facility (For outstation travel) Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through site scanning and from architects' reference. (Lead Generation) Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and dealers . Site visits, client meetings, and product presentations . Understand client requirements and provide solutions . Assist Sales managers in negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets . Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities . Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. (You must have your own two wheeler) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills . Ability to work independently and meet sales targets .
