Job Description

Objective of the role:

To drive performance marketing and platform optimization across ecommerce (Amazon, Flipkart) and quick commerce (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto) platforms through campaign execution, data-driven analysis, and daily performance tracking

Key Responsibilities: Execute and monitor paid media campaigns across Ecommerce and Q-Commerce platforms

Track daily sales, conversions, ROAS, and optimize campaigns based on data insights

Collaborate with brand, content, and category teams for listings, promotions, and platform strategy

Ensure stock, pricing, and content hygiene on all platforms

Generate timely performance reports, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions

Coordinate with platform POCs for planning ads, activations, and visibility campaigns

Analyze competition and marketplace trends for benchmarking

Effective ad budget utilization

KRA: Achievement of ROAS/ACOS targets

Increased conversion rate and visibility on Ecommerce & Q-Commerce platforms

Effective ad budget utilization

Accurate and timely daily/weekly performance reporting

Execution of brand calendar on platforms without delays

Value Proposition of the role: Exposure to both traditional ecommerce and emerging quick commerce platforms

Work closely with cross-functional teams and platform stakeholders

Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven digital commerce environment

Experience & qualification : 24 years of experience in performance marketing or platform operations (Ecom/Q-Commerce)
