Role & responsibilities 1) Manage the kitchen team and coordinate with service to train them. 2) Maintain high quality of food served in banquet and a-la-carte 3) Maintain a fresh and innovative menu for the restaurant 4) Curate Specials of the Day/Week 5) Curate food festivals based on themes such as regional and international cuisines, fruits, vegetables, traditions etc. We have been doing this from time to time and may be open to bringing cooks from outside also. 6) Maintain hygiene 7) Control costs The chef should have knowledge/knack of flavors and should be able to independently research and curate menus. Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and experienced Executive Chef who brings both culinary excellence and strong leadership to our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, quality, and innovation, and capable of managing a high-performing team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
