Job Description

Strategically focused and responsible for overall client relationship management viz., business requirement drafting, requirement delivery, user testing, pre & post release activities, client satisfaction, support technical issues.
To liaison with stakeholders / cross-functional teams during delivery at various levels along with providing support, information and guidance.
Very quick and efficient - strong ability to manage details accurately.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards with zero error rates.
Broad understanding and technical knowledge of online applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with varied dependencies and timelines.
Self-motivated with proactive approach, appropriate sense of urgency and positive attitude.

Candidate Attributes:

Excellent client facing skills presentations, interpersonal, verbal & written
Working knowledge of tools significant in responsibilities, including but not limited to Oracle SQL, JIRA, Postman API, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Preferred comparable work experience in digital support activities, business analysis, project management, delivery management, etc.
