Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Production Coordinator to join our growing events team. This role involves coordinating end-to-end event production, from concept to execution, ensuring exceptional client experiences and flawless decor planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning and execution of events including weddings, corporate events, and social functions.
• Create detailed decor presentations and mood boards tailored to client preferences and brand aesthetics.
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with in-house teams and external vendors to bring event concepts to life.
• Oversee event setups and breakdowns, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation for budgets, timelines, and client feedback.
• Manage on-ground production, including last-minute problem-solving and client coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in event production, event planning, or a related field.
• Strong communication and client handling skills.
• Proficient in making decor presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or design software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and late evenings as per event schedules.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for events and aesthetics.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge of event styling, florals, set design, or vendor management.
• Familiarity with wedding/event industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
