EV Sales Executive ( 2 wheeler)

· Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. · Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. · Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. · Present and negotiate sales offers, including financing and trade-in options. · Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership. · Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. · Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. · Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, accessories, and competitive landscape. · Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently. · Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments to ensure smooth transactions.
