ETL Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust

  ETL/ELT pipelines

  using

  Talend Management Console on Cloud

  to integrate data from on-premise and cloud-based sources.
• Implement and optimize

  data ingestion, transformation, and loading

  processes in

  Snowflake

  to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Manage, monitor, and deploy data jobs through

  Talend Cloud

  , ensuring high performance and automation.
• Collaborate with

  data architects

  , business stakeholders, and analytics teams to ensure integration solutions align with business goals and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL workflows, data latency, and system performance.
  
• Ensure

  data quality

  , consistency, and security across all data pipelines.
• Create and maintain comprehensive

  documentation

  for ETL processes, data mappings, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Participate in

  code reviews

  , sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies as part of a collaborative development team.
• Work closely with Snowflake specialists to implement

  best practices in data warehousing

  .
• Implement robust

  error handling

  and

  data validation

  mechanisms for seamless data movement.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum

  2+ years of hands-on experience

  with

  Talend

  , particularly using

  Talend Management Console on Cloud

• Strong expertise in

  Snowflake

  data warehouse and cloud data integration
• Solid understanding of

  ETL/ELT concepts

  ,

  data modeling

  , and

  data architecture

  principles
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  and experience working with relational databases
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  such as

  AWS

  ,

  Azure

  , or

  GCP

• Knowledge of

  data quality

  , performance tuning, and job optimization techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data integration workflows and deliver solutions under tight deadlines
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to

  Informatica

• Experience with

  Python

  Shell scripting

  for automation tasks
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD practices
