Etl Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Consultant with extensive experience in SAP HANA Studio and SDI to join our data migration project. The successful candidate will play a critical role in migrating data from legacy SAP systems to WORKDAY . This role requires a deep understanding of data migration principles, ETL processes, and SAP technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Configure BODS and SDI for seamless data integration and migration.
• Develop and maintain data migration objects within SAP HANA Studio.
• Conduct thorough testing by loading data into the target system and validating results.
• Execute ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into the SAP S4 environment.
• Monitor data quality throughout the migration process, identify and report data quality issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and assist in data cleansing activities.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the project team.
• Document all development and testing activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably to WORKDAY
• Strong expertise in SAP HANA Studio, including data modeling, ETL development, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) and SDI (Smart Data Integration) configuration and development.
• Deep understanding of ETL concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
• Experience with data quality management and data cleansing techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working in a US time zone.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Certifications related to HANA and Data Migration.
• Experience with other SAP integration tools.
• Knowledge of specific industry data models.
