Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B sales within the assigned territory, targeting new customers and nurturing existing relationships. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Generate a high volume of quality leads using creative and strategic methods. Schedule and conduct regular client meetings, understand client needs through in-depth probing, and offer tailored solutions. Follow up diligently to ensure timely collection of payments and other receivables. Adhere to the company's structured sales process and reporting systems. Build strong rapport with key decision-makers in client organizations. Confidently handle objections, including product and competitor comparisons, especially from senior-level stakeholders. Prepare impactful sales presentations and perform detailed sales data analysis using MS Excel. Stay updated on market trends, conduct competitor research, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate client records and manage pipelines efficiently. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or Diploma in any specialization. Proven communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and analytical. Strong organizational and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD , and a strong foundation in mechanical and structural design . Role & responsibilities Develop and design mechanical components, assemblies, and structural frameworks using SolidWorks and AutoCAD . Prepare detailed engineering drawings and documentation . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and project management. Perform tolerance analysis, stress and strain analysis, material selection, when required. Modify existing designs to improve performance or accommodate changes in requirements. Assist in prototype development, testing, and validation. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality procedures. Maintain design files, drawing revisions, and project documentation. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or related field. Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD is mandatory. Experience in structural design will be considered a strong advantage. Minimum 16 years of relevant industry experience. Good understanding of fabrication processes, GD&T, and material properties.
