Entry / Exit Operator – CCL (Color Coating Line)

To manage and operate the entry and exit sections of the Color Coating Line (CCL) effectively, ensuring smooth coil loading/unloading, alignment, and proper handling to support uninterrupted line operation.

Key Responsibilities:Entry Section:

• Operate entry side equipment: coil car, decoiler, pinch roll, shear, and welding machine.
• Ensure correct coil loading as per production schedule and line sequence.
• Check coil ID/OD, width, thickness, and match with job card.
• Align and feed strip into the line with proper threading and positioning.
• Assist in welding strip ends securely before passing through line.

Exit Section:

• Operate exit side equipment: recoiler, coil car, strapping machine, and stacking system.
• Monitor coil recoiling, maintain tension, and ensure proper coil shape.
• Check finished product parameters (length, weight, wrapping) as per specification.
• Apply proper identification tag/sticker to finished coils.
• Safely unload and transport finished coils to the dispatch/storage area.
