Please find below the Company Job Description with this mail. https://www.nitorinfotech.com/ Job Title: Engineering Manager Job Location: Pune Job Description: Hands on prior experience working on any of the technologies stacks not limited to for example Java, Springboot, Javascript, VueJs or any front end, PostgreSQL, experience working on any of the cloud AWS/ Azure /GCP and Microservices. Should be able to learn and participate in technologies discussions with customer stakeholders on latest technologies, disruptions etc. Manages and leads all technical activities in product engineering during the design, planning, and execution stages of project/s that are assigned. Provides project oversight, including managing engineering scope according to technical deliverables, managing changes, and maintaining project schedules. Directs and coordinates activities of several disciplines and Project Management group on a project of significant scope or a combination of large projects. Maintains high levels of quality and responsiveness to meet internal and external client requirements in alignment with company expectations. Oversees design activities of team members. Responsible for reviewing project risks, cost, revenue and work towards increasing revenue with account mining activities, increasing the contributions by reducing costs. Work on strategic initiatives across delivery unit, suggest strategies to achieve delivery KRAs of the delivery unit. Participates with cross functional team on strategic initiatives for the company and/or department. Maintain and grow positive team culture. Provides strategic direction, leadership and technical services oversight for employees on achieving individual, team, department, and organizational performance goals. Coaches, trains and develops engineering technical staff for growth and development opportunities. Responsible for regular 1:1 meetings, career development discussions, succession planning, quarterly reviews, individual promotions, team retention, and yearly team engagement survey results. Actively manages team resource planning along with cross team and cross office resourcing collaboration, individual performance reviews, individual annual merit and bonus decisions, training and professional development for team members. Support the role of hiring manager as well as company-wide hiring for successful growth which includes regular evaluation of candidate resumes, technical phone screens, collaboration with HR partners, and regular in person interviews and debrief assessments. Participates and partners with members of the Sales team and engineers throughout the organization to promote revenue growth and expansion of services with existing and prospective clients. Supports proposal efforts by developing, providing resources, and reviewing proposals by working with Proposal Development Team and Project Management group. Maintains and builds positive client relationships. Candidate Profile: Experience in Agile Experience in executing the Development projects in technologies like Java, Springboot, Javascript, VueJs or any front end, PostgreSQL, experience working on any of the cloud AWS/ Azure /GCP and Microservices. Ideal candidate would be a Tech Lead aspiring to be an EM At least 9+ years of experience in an IT company. Must be able to maintain smooth client relationships. 2+ in project management Must have worked on multiple projects & must have handled multiple clients. Ability to smell business in existing accounts and report to the account managers / BD Managers. Good understanding of technology. Good communication skills - verbal and written.
