Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a cross-functional team of backend and frontend engineers to deliver scalable and high-performing enterprise applications. Architect and design solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, ensuring modularity, reusability, and performance. Drive best practices in API development (SOAP/REST), system design, code quality, and DevOps. Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. Review code, mentor engineers, conduct performance evaluations, and help upskill the team technically. Champion the adoption of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices to ensure rapid and safe deployments. Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of deployed applications on AWS or GCP cloud platforms. Stay current with new technologies and industry trends, making informed recommendations for continuous improvement. Oversee frontend development using Angular or React to deliver rich user experiences and responsive UIs.
