The Stores and Digital team provides essential IT capabilities for Kmart's Store and Store Team Members. Witnessing our innovations translate into tangible benefits for store team members is a moment of celebration for our team. **What You'll Be Doing** Undertake programming, testing, and implementation tasks that align with agreed designs, adhere to necessary standards, and are sustainable. Produce functional and technical designs that cater to business requirements and consider environmental constraints in collaboration with the Tech Lead. **Desired Qualifications and Work Experience** - Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to adapt to new technology stacks utilized in projects. - Competence in contributing to code reviews and writing unit test cases. - Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing solutions to business problems. - Experience working in Agile teams. - Proficient in adopting problem-solving approaches that focus on identifying root causes. - Capable of reporting results and making recommendations in a clear and concise manner supported by evidence. **Technical Skills** - Minimum 2+ years of full-time experience in React and Node.js. - Proficiency in both Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases. - Minimum 2+ years of full-time experience in AWS or any cloud platform. - Strong command of JavaScript.
