Job Description: 1. Scope of work proposed to be handled: Service Partner will handle all voice calls from Flipkart (FK) customers, required languages are Hindi and English All agents shall fluently speak, write and comprehend in English, and Hindi. Criteria: 1. Excellent communication in English 2. Experience with minimum 1 year experience on paper / Graduate mandatory. 3.
