Job Title: Sr./Executive Talent Acquisition Experience: 3 to 5 Years Location: Ahmedabad/Pune Roles & Responsibilities: *Ideal candidate should have 3plus years of relevant experience with following responsibilities. End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the complete recruitment cycle for Embedded Software, Embedded Hardware, Firmware, and related roles. Understand the technical job requirements and match them with relevant candidates. Requirement Analysis: Work closely with hiring managers and technical panels to gather and finalize job requirements. Create clear and detailed job descriptions for open positions. Sourcing & Pipeline Creation: Use various sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, internal database, referrals) to build a strong talent pipeline. Map competitors and target companies for talent identification. Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct technical screening based on keywords, domain exposure, and project experience. Evaluate candidates on embedded-specific skills like C/C++, RTOS, microcontroller experience, etc. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical rounds with relevant stakeholders. Ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process with minimal turnaround time. Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and expectations. Share weekly recruitment updates and dashboards. Candidate Engagement: Build strong rapport with candidates for effective follow-ups and engagement. Manage candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Offer & Negotiation: Extend offers after proper validation and approvals. Handle negotiation around compensation, notice period, and joining dates. MIS & Reporting: Maintain and update trackers and dashboards. Provide regular reports on hiring status, pipeline, and joining ratio.
