About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including planning, segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis. 2. Create engaging email content, subject lines, and call-to-actions in line with brand voice and campaign objectives. 3. Segment and manage subscriber lists to ensure targeted and relevant communications. 4. Monitor and optimize email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates. 5. Conduct A/B testing on email elements to maximize performance. 6. Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign messaging. 7. Maintain email marketing calendar to align with product launches, events, promotions, and other initiatives. 8. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). 9. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc., and report findings with actionable insights. 10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve campaign performance and subscriber engagement.
