Electrician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work with various power and hand tools. The Electrician will ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine the appropriate solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Teach practical lesson for secondary children.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade.
• Ability to read technical documents and blueprints accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• ITI passed.
