Electrical Engineer

Role: Electrical Engineer Building Projects Industry Type: Engineering & Construction Department: Construction & Site Engineering Role Category: Construction Engineering Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: Gurgaon, HR Job Description: An Electrical Engineer at KNY Projects will be responsible for overseeing all electrical execution work at building construction sites including internal and external electrification, system integration, vendor coordination, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Execution of complete electrical work at construction sites as per drawings and project schedule. Layout and installation of conduits, wiring, panels, DBs, lighting, earthing systems, and other electrical components. Review and interpret GFC drawings and coordinate MEP activities with civil teams. Supervise subcontractors and ensure timely, quality-compliant execution. Commissioning of transformers, DG sets, cable trays, LT panels, and fire alarm systems. Prepare daily progress reports, checklists, and material requisitions. Ensure safety compliance and coordinate for inspections with consultants/clients. Support QA/QC processes, testing and handover documentation. Maintain records of consumption, inventory, and site measurements. Requirements: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Minimum 8 years of experience in building construction projects (non-solar, non-factory) Must have hands-on experience in electrification works for hospitals, industrial sheds, or institutional buildings Familiarity with electrical systems, wiring systems, and other building electrical works Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred Ability to work independently at project sites across India Preferred Skills: Practical knowledge of electrical safety norms and IS codes Capable of coordinating with architects, PMC, consultants, and internal teams Strong team supervision and site management skills Education: UG: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering PG: Not mandatory To Apply: Send your resume to admin.HR@kny.projects.com with the subject line “Application – Electrical Engineer (Construction)”
