Role Overview :- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead client acquisition efforts, maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve high sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic sales skills, along with a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition. Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals to clients. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create brand awareness and promotional campaigns. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and suggest improvements. Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a sales role, (preferably in Personal skincare). Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel as required.
