Profile- VMWare/ Windows admin Exp- 4-5 years Location- Navi mumbai Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter). Perform regular monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades of virtual environments. Handle VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, storage, and resource allocation. Troubleshoot virtualization-related issues and perform root cause analysis. Monitor performance metrics and implement tuning recommendations. Ensure high availability and business continuity using VMware HA, DRS, and vMotion. Manage and optimize storage (SAN/NAS) connected to the VMware infrastructure. Maintain documentation for configuration, changes, and procedures. Collaborate with other IT teams (network, security, Windows/Linux) as needed. Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers (2016/2019/2022). Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, OS, and applications.
