Job Description

You are a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager with exceptional communication and analytical skills. Your main responsibility is to manage and optimize online sales channels, driving e-commerce growth, enhancing user experiences, and implementing data-driven strategies for improved sales performance. You will be in charge of managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions. It is essential to ensure the smooth functioning of the website/app by promptly troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Developing and executing strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and customer engagement is a key aspect of your role. You will also plan and oversee promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and marketing activities to drive sales growth. Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer behavior are crucial. Your ability to generate actionable insights from data will help optimize campaigns and improve overall performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, logistics, and customer support, is necessary for success. Ensuring a seamless user experience by optimizing site navigation, search, and checkout processes is vital. Addressing customer feedback and implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction and retention are also part of your responsibilities. Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging e-commerce technologies is essential. You will need to identify opportunities for innovation and growth to stay ahead in the market. Key Requirements: - Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms or online stores. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or data visualization tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar. - Experience with digital marketing tools and campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing). - Highly organized with a keen eye for detail. - Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment. - A team player with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits. The work schedule is during the day, and a bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of total work experience is required, and proficiency in English is essential. The work location is in person.,
