:E-Commerce Executive (Morning 5:30 AM shift)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Must have knowledge of

-Shopify-labelling-Order Fulfillment-Product Listing on sites and websites

• Coordinate with Australia Branch order processing, delivery and returns of orders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of marketing and e-commerce activities.
• Execute activities driven by data analytics.
• Identify strategic business partnerships.
• Implement customer retention and loyalty programme.
• Implement e-commerce activities.
• Manage operations for service excellence.
• Monitor fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service.
• Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms.
• Provide specialised knowledge and insights on the development of technology strategy and roadmap.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• · Prepare insights report
• · Should have knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart listings atleast
• · Have to connect with clients for basic needs and have to maintain data accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

• E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
• product listing on shopify, amazon and other site: 1 year (Preferred)
