E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to list and manage products on various e-commerce platforms including eBay , Etsy , and our own website. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and will play a key role in ensuring that our online store is up-to-date and fully optimized for sales. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings on eBay , Etsy , and our website, ensuring that all listings are accurate and complete with product descriptions, pricing, images, and other required information. Monitor and manage inventory levels across platforms to ensure that products are listed and stocked appropriately. Optimize product listings using SEO techniques to improve visibility and searchability on e-commerce platforms. Work with the marketing and product teams to ensure new arrivals, promotions, and updates are listed in a timely manner. Coordinate with the production/ manufacturing team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and track product availability. Handle product descriptions, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and consistent with brand messaging. Monitor the performance of listings and report on key metrics to help improve sales and listings efficiency. Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries related to product listings. Requirements: Previous experience in e-commerce, preferably in product listing and management on platforms like eBay , Etsy , or similar. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online retail trends. Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously. Basic knowledge of SEO and best practices for optimizing product listings. Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
