Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamo (minimum 4+ years), including admin-level configuration
  • Strong understanding of CRM and investment workflows (fundraising, deal tracking, portfolio monitoring)
  • Proven experience with data aggregation and transformation in financial or investment contexts
  • Proven experience in the implementation of the AI/ML using tools/technologies Tesseract OCR, Google Document AI, Azure Form Recognizer, ChatGPT and modern NLP models like BERT or LayoutLM.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling)
  • Experience working with SFTP, APIs, PDF/CSV/Excel data formats
  • Familiarity with private equity, venture capital, family office, or asset management operations
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Willingness/flexibility to support future enhancements and additional document types.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
