We are looking for an experienced and process-driven Sales Associate, This role will be responsible for counselling the prospect and convince them for the demo to closing. The preferred candidate needs to have a strong background in Edtech sales operations but not mandatory, CRM management, however any sales experience will be considered. Client Engagement: Reach out to and follow up with prospective customers, through calls, invite them for office visits and push them for demo. Lead Management: Convert leads from marketing campaigns and referrals into qualified sales opportunities. Negotiation & Closing: Assist clients with negotiations, address queries, and close deals while ensuring all company procedures are followed. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current sales trends, and competitive developments.
